Ok, so I admit it, I’m a horrible speller. After hearing from my girlfriend and father about how bad the spelling was on this blog, I decided it was time to address it publicly.
The real problem isn’t my spelling though. I acually pride myself on being a rather decent speller. The problem is typing, and the fact that I try to get my ideas into the computer faster than my analytical mind can look over everything.
In school I was always the student with the great ideas, the great story, but who couldn’t polish my paper to earn an A. In the same way, when I’m designing web sites, I tend to put the importance on the overall design and feel, whilst ignoring the small details.
I guess though, for my readers’ sake, I’ll have to spend a little bit more time going over my blogs in the future.
